FASTNET GmbH (hereinafter: FASTNET) operates under the domain www.fastnet-gmbh.de a platform offering project management via web applications.
By using, downloading, purchasing, or otherwise accessing the services provided by FASTNET, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These “Terms & Conditions” apply to all contracts with FASTNET.
User terms and conditions apply only if expressly agreed in writing between the parties.
The services provided by FASTNET are digital services subject to general provisions.
The project management platform provided by FASTNET is offered via the following applications:

In addition, the following services are provided:
- Online webinars and offline events
Content stored on FASTNET’s web applications does not constitute individual project management consulting but merely provides information on “project management.” It is not a guarantee of future business or financial success but forecasts, which by nature carry risks and uncertainties. The services provided by FASTNET should not be used for long-term business planning. FASTNET provides no guarantee for users’ personal success.
The user expressly agrees that FASTNET may change or remove platform functions or services at any time without notice.
Personal data from the contact form are stored. These data are not shared with third parties.
After contract termination, each party may return or destroy documents received from the other party. If originals are involved, consent must be obtained before destruction.
No retention obligation is agreed beyond statutory requirements.
Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins 14 days after contract conclusion.
To exercise withdrawal, you must inform us, FASTNET (Fabig & Staimer IT Network GmbH | Großbeerenstr. 2-10 (Sirius Business Park) | 12107 Berlin | Germany, [email protected], +49 157 37 26 86 80), by a clear statement (e.g., letter or email) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds use the same payment method unless otherwise agreed; in such cases, fees may apply.
If you requested service provision during the withdrawal period, you must pay for the portion of services delivered until withdrawal notice compared to the total contract value.
Expiry of Withdrawal Right
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if FASTNET begins performance with your explicit consent after you acknowledge losing withdrawal rights:
You consent that FASTNET begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and confirm you understand losing withdrawal rights.
Services offered by FASTNET are under development and subject to constant change. FASTNET assumes no guarantee for error-free automated content processing.
FASTNET and its services may be targeted by cyberattacks, potentially leading to data loss or unauthorized use of stolen data.
The parties commit to mutual loyalty, informing each other immediately of circumstances affecting project execution or service delivery.
By using FASTNET’s services, the user consents to collection and processing of personal data by FASTNET. Data processing complies with applicable data protection laws. For more information, see the Privacy Policy.
FASTNET commits to maintaining user business and trade secrets and GDPR compliance. Disclosure to non-involved third parties requires user consent. All personnel involved are bound to confidentiality. FASTNET may process or have data processed by third parties for service purposes under GDPR.
Platform content, graphics, text, and images are copyrighted by FASTNET and may not be used or modified without permission.
All reports, analyses, drafts, calculations, drawings, etc., produced by FASTNET remain FASTNET’s intellectual property and may only be used by the user for contractually agreed purposes and only shared with third parties with FASTNET’s written consent. Violations incur a contractual penalty of €25,000.
In case of conflicts during the contractual relationship or disputes over contract changes or termination, the parties agree to undergo mediation under the Mediation Act (MediationsG).
During mediation, court proceedings are generally excluded. Exception: legal action to meet mandatory limitation or procedural deadlines.
If court action is permissible to meet mandatory deadlines, the parties agree to request stay of proceedings until mediation concludes, where procedurally possible.

The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform accessible at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
Amendments or additions to these terms must be in writing. This also applies to waiving this written form requirement.
German law applies.
Should individual provisions be invalid or conflict with law, the remainder of the contract remains effective. The invalid provision is replaced by one that best reflects its economic intent. This applies equally to gaps.
All changes and additions to these terms require written form and must be explicitly labeled as such.
If terms are or become invalid in whole or part, remaining provisions remain unaffected. Parties commit to promptly replace invalid provisions with valid ones.
The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
